How do I access my membership portal?
Your AAPHSG membership profile originates with the email address with which you registered. To reset or change your password you'll need access to that email account. Any other email other than that with which you registered will not access your account.
I forgot my password. What now?
To reset your password, enter the email address with which you originally registered your account. Click the forgot my password link. Look for an email in that mailbox to reset your password. If you don’t see it in your email box, please check your junk or spam folder.
I don't remember whether I paid dues or when. How can I find out?
To see all your membership information, click the tap labeled “My Profile.” From that tab you’ll see your Membership Card where you can review your membership ID, level, and origination date. You can update your profile information by clicking the profile button in the sub-menu. All membership accounts originate from an email address. If you don't have an email address, you don't have a MemberPlanet account.
I’m using a different email now, can I update my email?
Yes. We encourage you to update your membership portal with your preferred email address and contact information whenever it changes. To do so you must have access to both – the old and new email accounts. You’ll use your old email and passcode to log into your membership profile. You can easily add your new email address directly under your profile thumbnail. Mark it as primary if you want us to prioritize that email address. You’ll need access to the new email to verify the change. You'll find the button to change your email or password in your Member Profile.
Can the Membership Committee change my information for me?
Any new email address must be verified BY YOU. We cannot change or update your email for you. When you register or update your profile, you’ll verify your email address and create a password. Please safeguard this information for future reference.
